Spending 1.4 billion VND to purchase machinery for preserving mangoes after harvest

The Son La Provincial government has approved the purchase of a mango processing system for 1.4 billion VND, manufactured and installed by Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. (Lien Nghia town, Duc Trong district) within 15 days.

The Thanh Tri branded mango processing system is designed with a length of 26m and includes equipment for aeration and sterilization; cleaning with bristles; and spraying with chitosan solution (processed and dissolved from shrimp shells) before packaging and transporting for consumption. The processing capacity reaches 50 tons per day. The product retains its natural freshness for up to 20 days after harvest.

With a weight of approximately 1 ton, Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. had to rent a large truck to transport the mangoes from Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province to Son La city, Son La province, a journey of 3 days and 3 nights. Afterward, they organized a demonstration and handed over the system to the buyer for the aforementioned price of 1.4 billion VND.

This is the most expensive agricultural machinery system invented and manufactured by Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. in Lam Dong province since its establishment six years ago.
