With the desire to help farmers automate production and livestock farming, increase productivity and labor value, inventor Le Thanh Tri (born in 1957) established Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. (Lien Nghia town, Duc Trong district). After 3 years, the company has launched 22 lines of high-tech agricultural and industrial machinery for domestic and export sales.
FIRST 8 MONTHS OF 2015 - MORE MACHINES FOR PRODUCTION AND LIVESTOCK FARMING
At the end of the first 8 months of 2015, Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. continued to successfully manufacture many new lines of machinery for various production and livestock farming areas nationwide. The first flagship product is a feed pellet press for livestock and poultry, achieving a stable capacity of approximately 1 ton of feed pellets per hour. Farmers can proactively purchase or harvest local raw materials such as cassava chips, corn bran, soybean meal, broken rice, etc., to feed into the pellet press, saving 20-25% of annual livestock feed costs. “Compared to pellet mills imported from other Asian countries to Vietnam, the pellet mill from Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. guarantees high product quality by minimizing friction and heat generation, preserving mineral quality, effectively incorporating microbial fermentation, and especially saving 50% of electricity and doubling productivity…” – said Le Thanh Tri, the company director.
The next product is the winter corn seed sowing machine, invented by Le Thanh Tri at the request of the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development). This is an automatic vacuum sowing machine that sows seeds directly on seed trays (capacity of 300 trays/hour - 80 seed cells/tray), shortening the time spent caring for corn in the field by 10-15 days, replacing about 20 people sowing corn seeds by hand, and increasing harvest yield by 25-30%. During the demonstration of the winter corn seed sowing machine in Ha Nam province in early 2015, inventor Le Thanh Tri also successfully tested a combined "4-in-1" machine (including a substrate grinder, substrate mixer, soil potting machine, and seed sowing machine) and a specialized machine for planting corn seedlings directly from soil pots to the field.
Recently, inventor Le Thanh Tri successfully tested a macadamia nut shelling and drying system, achieving a capacity of 300 kg of macadamia nuts per hour. This will free up domestic macadamia farmers from the labor-intensive harvesting and processing stages before distributing their macadamia nuts to the market.
3 YEARS – 22 LINES OF HIGH-TECH AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY PRODUCTS LAUNCHED
From a solo invention of a new generation seed planter, inventor Le Thanh Tri has expanded production to the Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Company Limited (Lien Nghia town, Duc Trong district), now exactly three years into operation. Of the 22 high-tech agricultural and industrial machinery product lines under the Thanh Tri brand, the most notable are familiar names such as: new generation automatic seed sowing machines; substrate compression machines for foam and plastic trays; substrate grinding machines; conveyor belts; automatic foam tray washing machines; carrot, radish, and sweet potato washing machines; grass chopping, drying, and silage making machines; tree bark stripping machines; microbial fertilizer production systems; automatic hole punching machines for mulch film, etc.
Speaking about the reasons for recent success, inventor Le Thanh Tri shared: “Our company’s high-tech agricultural machinery products are always 3-4 times cheaper than similar products imported from abroad, helping farmers access the latest scientific and technical advancements as quickly as possible while still recovering their investment capital quickly…” And from these achievements, Thanh Tri Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. has been awarded a total of 15 Certificates of Merit, Gold Cups, and Gold Medals by Vietnamese state agencies and agricultural and trade organizations in ASEAN.
